Old San Juan

We spent one of the days walking around and shopping in Old San Juan. It was really neat to see all of the old buildings and stuff.

The Beach in Puerto Rico

I was sitting out by the beach reading and this guy came to say hello! He was a little bigger than the lizards we have in Texas!

Puerto Rico

Todd and I went to Puerto Rico for our 15th anniversary. It was so fun! The weather was great and everything was so pretty. We stayed at the Hilton and they have some birds in the lobby. This guy was putting the bird away for the evening and I just had to get a picture.

These two pictures are the lobby of the hotel. It was all open to the outside, I guess when the temperature doesn't change much all year you can do that.

This was the view from our room. It was beautiful!

Bang Bang

We had a real Texas style Christmas this year. Todd got a membership to the shooting range and Santa brought the boys some guns. We also got a bow. Fun! On Christmas day we went out to fire our weapons.

yo-yo till you bleed

For part of the Thanksgiving day fun we had a yo-yo competition. It was pretty intense. Avery and Eden performed an interpretive dance with the yo-yo. Alison also competed in the dance category. PaPa, Uncie Darryl, Todd,Braxton, and Thad all had some pretty good tricks to show. Can't wait to do it again. Yo-Yo or die!!!!!

We had such a good time going up to Dallas for Thanksgiving. It was great to see all of the Pape family.
